Configure your routine
Set how frequently you want to be prompted to move, and which activities you want Get Moving to select from.
When it's time to move
Get Moving will randomly present 2 activities. Having a choice makes it feel less like a chore and more like a fun challenge.
Activities can be time or iteration based
So you can choose to "walk for 5 minutes" or "do 12 pushups".
Pick a range
You set an upper and lower bound, and Get Moving will randomly pick a value within the range. This helps to keep the activities fresh.
Respond from the notification
Get Moving works by sending you notifications. If you are ready to move, tap to open the app and make your choice. Maybe now is not a great time though, you can long-press directly on the notification and choose to snooze, skip, or even end the routine for the day.
Pro mode unlocks even more
✔️ Add custom activities. Jogging in place, your favorite yoga pose, physical therapy exercises - it's up to you.
✔️ Create multiple routines - Each with it's own set of activities. One for when you work from home and one for in the office, where jumping jacks might be frowned upon.
✔️ Set daily goals. For example, 50 squats or 100 pushups. You'll be surprised what you can achieve over the course of the day.
